1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for most items in unused condition. To start a return, contact support with your order number.
2. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or your wallet balance, depending on the payment method used and our discretion.
3. Effect on Referral Rewards
If you refund a source order, its associated qualifications are cancelled. If a referred friend refunds their order, that referral is released and any unlocked reward may be frozen. Recovery is applied to future rewards first; any remaining shortfall may require manual handling.
4. Exceptions
Digital goods, personalized items, and items marked final-sale are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
